I was told when ordering online that I would be contact 24 hours prior to delivery to SCHEDULE a time. I received an email from AM Trucking (the carrier) that FORCED me into a delivery window or my furniture would be delivered the following week.

After speaking with three unprofessional representatives and a rude manager named Tasha, I had no choice but to agree to the FORCED delivery time. I received a phone call two hours later saying that they gave me the wrong date (even though I had it confirmed via phone and email) and that my delivery date would be pushed out another 24 hours. When I called back I was placed on hold by the supervisor and transferred to Nicole (one of the previous unprofessional representatives) who then stated the drivers wont be in my area.

This is a very unprofessional and disorganized delivery service. I will not be making any purchases from this company in the future if they continue to use AM Trucking as a service.

I didn't like: Upsell of over 300 dollars to upgrade from curbside delivery.
