DO NOT HIRE THEM! ******DO NOT HIRE THEM***** Also if Appliances Connection tells you they are the shippers, ask for another shipping company!

If I could give a zero-star rating, I would. They are liars and thugs! Especially Moshe and his crew. They damaged our old appliance when moving it.

Damaged our new appliance when moving it. Damaged our door when they took it off the hinges (without asking I might add), then after all this, claiming they were never here and told us unless we had surveillance footage they would deny the entire experience and delivery! Oh yeah, they are top-notch and upstanding citizens huh? I cannot tell you what a bunch of liars and thugs they are!

DO NOT HIRE THEM! PM me and I'll send you more pictures of the damage they didn't do! Laughable! Those saying I am a bit worried, lol, you SHOULD BE WORRIED!

I paid the agreed-upon price for the new refrigerator and for the removal of the old unit

AM transportation badly dented and scratched the front doors of the older Samsung unit (6-7 years old unit with a brand-new Icemaker and all the electronics were replaced just last month). AM Transportation came to my home removed the old unit and damaged it beyond the point of being able to sell it for the agreed-upon $300 even sent them the receipt!

While here, the AM Transportation team had me sign what I thought was a receipt request but turned out to be a disclaimer saying there was no damage done to my property (Bait and switch)

My front door now needs professional repair (estimates attached)

Moshe at AM Transportation told me that I would have to produce a surveillance tape to prove that his people damaged my property and apparently they told him they never touched my old refrigerator or my front door, which is a complete non-truth. I dont have a surveillance system or any recording to prove what they did, but I am an honest person and have much better things to do than create false appliance/home claims. And, why would I pay the extra $29.99 for removal if I didnt want it removed?

That is a ridiculous statement from Moshe at AM. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY FILM THEM IS YOU DO HIRE THEM! A bunch of liars!!

I am hiring an attorney to sue both AM and Appliances Connection. Worst experience EVER!

Theft of delivery item

Beware beware beware!

Although my purchase was met with glowing excitement and flowery email confirmation, I did not experience what I had hoped would be a different outcome then so many people with Brooklyn Kayak company (BKC).

I ordered my kayak the tandem 14 foot pedal drive on June 23, 2020. As noted elsewhere by other customers, I was advised of COVID delays in shipping and back order status right from the start.

None of this surprises me considering that even Amazon with its two day prime shipping cant get it done. As time went on I eventually got a delivery estimate from AM trucking. That estimate indicated the kayak was coming from California and that it was 4 to 6 weeks from being delivered.

The AM trucking delivery estimate 8/17-8/24 came and went. I then received notification that 8/27 the kayak would be delivered.

Fortunately I would be home for that delivery.

During the day I heard the sound of a truck and access door being closed. I went to the front porch to find the two delivery guys heading for the truck which was running and the kayak lying in the grass. I stopped the guys with the intent to ask them to help me move it, But I then noticed of the three pieces that were supposed to be delivered, only the Kayak was there. The pedal assemblies made up the other two items which were supposed to be delivered with the kayak.

I ask the delivery people where the other two pieces were and they said in their best English that this was all they had. I said no, that there was supposed to be three pieces according to the email invoice. They then said something in Spanish and headed for the back of the truck, opened it, rooted around and came out and told me there was nothing more. I asked them for the delivery invoice so that I could notate the missing pieces and they said no paperwork only electronic.

I did ask to speak with their shipping manager but they refused. I demanded they get in touch with someone to explain why there is only one parcel. Then one of them waved his arm, then with the other one and then up into the air and said something in Spanish. It was at that time that they picked up the kayak and headed for the truck.

I told them I was calling the police which I did after they mocked me and said go ahead. They were able to get the kayak by me and onto the truck tailgate. Then one of the individuals dropped the kayak rudder end onto the pavement. They continued to load the kayak back into the truck.

I realized that they were going to get in the truck and leave with the kayak that they had just stolen after delivery.

I went to the front of the truck and was going to sit in the truck but then decided because I was on the phone with the 911 dispatcher to take the keys to the truck so they couldnt leave before the police got a report.

I can see now why people are so upset with the shipping company and cannot believe that BKC continues to use them. Too many people have commented about bad experiences and it looks like mine might be one of the most interesting. It appeared that the Kayak was in good condition but I only got to view it through plastic. I do not know where the other pieces were and they (AM trucking) took the kayak.

I had no idea of knowing any potential damage they mightve created when they dropped it. Bottom line is I shouldve had the police charge them with theft.

The long and short of the story is that BKC, specifically Isaac, refunded all of my money except for a $200 charge for shipping. The invoice clearly says shipping is free and this is one of their claims for potential customers. It doesnt appear in my case that they are going to provide a full refund.

It appears BKC is trying to claim that I exercised the 14 day return policy. I did not have any say in the matter whatsoever since the delivery people removed the kayak from my possession.

In hindsight I have reviewed my camera footage and realize that the delivery people were looking for missing pieces before they headed for the truck to leave when I first came out. It is quite clear that they opened up the back of the truck after they had shut it the first time went in and one of them was lifting up the plastic on the kayak as if to look for something. Im positive that they realized there were more pieces missing and were trying to just leave without anyone catching them.

While on the phone with Nick at BKC immediately following this horrid delivery gone bad, he surmised and I agree, that they were in-fact trying to leave without getting confronted about the missing pieces.

I would advise caution if you were dealing with BKC and they intend to use AM trucking company.

Expect the worst, because that is probably very true for more than not. Unfortunately I did not do my due diligence before making the purchase, I waited until it seemed a bit odd to be taking so long for delivery.

Damage caused by delivery men

We have had 3 experiences with AM Trucking, all for the same 3 appliances. The second trip was a nightmare. In this instance, 2 men came to our home to pick up a refrigerator that had been delivered and was damaged. The easiest entry to our home was through french doors from the patio. They opened the door, brought in their appliance dolly and closed the door. They then put the 350 refrigerator on to the dolly and proceeded to take it out after opening the doors again. One of the men, "the strongest man on their team", ripped the refrigerator out the door, onto the concrete. He did is with such force that refrigerator basically "bounced" onto the concrete. As they took it to their truck, we tried to close our doors and realized that they had damaged the threshold of the door. This is steel, but it was busted open. I ran to their truck, asked both men to come back inside and see what they had done. One man, not the guy moving it, took pictures of the door and that it was near impossible to open it. He even took a video of this situation. The door worked perfectly prior to that. It was our door we used to go to the backyard. He told us that he would send to his supervisor and we would hear from someone within 24 hours. That never happened. So, I filed a claim with the company. I sent pictures, a video, an signed affidavit and an estimate for repair. The company denied my claim because "the drivers said they didn't damage the door". Next step is to file a small claims action for the door repair. You can't call these people, you can't contact them at all.

The delivery company was a week and a half getting the shipment to me. Then the delivery guys were rude, obnoxious and brought dirt, mud and leaves into my home. Plus they took one item out of the box and left the box,and strapping on the lawn. Every time I have tried to call, the delivery company, the phone hangs up on the am delivery side. I will be sure, that this company never delivers to me again.

Missing Merchandise

Good morning after being in correspondence with the robot Jenny through email in regards to my delivery process up until delivery time everything was going well, Once Samuel the driver arrived to deliver my Chest dresser from Classy furniture that I have been patiently waiting for since July 10,2020 I was excited to finally receive my merchandise ONLY to be told by Samuel the driver I am sorry someone messed up that item is NOT on the truck! You have to contact the company to find out what went wrong!!!! I am pissed I patiently waited on the line for 51 minutes to speak with a representative of this delivery company only to be told by Deandra not sure if I spelled her name correctly that I had to wait until the branch Manager Ralph arrives after 9:30 to speak directly with him in regards to the mix up and she does not know what time he would be calling me today! This company customer service is very poor you offer nothing to the consumer who has spent their money and has been patiently waiting to receive merchandise they paid for that all I can say is you just have to wait!!! Please call me as soon as possible 215-200-****! I just want my chest dresser that I paid $350.72 for

After waiting for our new recliner for nearly a month and a half with no regular updates, we were notified that they would be delivering it the next day between 1-5. Because they gave zero notice, I had to take the day off of work even though money and shifts are tight right now from Covid. I wasted hours and hours waiting for the delivery and it never came. After the promised delivery window we got a quick call saying they were running late but would be there within the hour. After the hour passed, we attempted to call every number they provided- and even the after hours support number left us on hold forever, hung up, or transferred us to a dead message line. We made 10+ phone calls, emailed for support, and reached out in every way we could think of. We were on hold for over 2 hours in total and were not connected with a single person every though it kept saying we were next to speak to someone. Another 4 hours passed (I had waited for more than 8 hours at this point) and not a single phone call for the delay and the order never came- nothing was ever delivered. I then Found hundreds of scathing reviews online, many with stories like mine. When we tracked the item with their website, it showed it was out for delivery, and then all of a sudden, the same tracking site says that they cannot find any order with my order number. Now, the tracker that said my item was being delivered within an hour is saying there is no order number matching my information. This company is a total SCAM. It appears as though they doctor the tracking information, when in reality your items arent even out for delivery. As with many others, it looks like we will be forced to take them to court for fraud and theft. Thankfully we recorded all of the conversations and took screenshots of all of the tracking updates that all of a sudden disappeared. I think the best thing to do would be if all of the victims of this companies illegal practices group together and file a joint complaint. AM Home Delivery needs to be held accountable for their fraud and shady business practices. When they lie and refuse to deliver product as agreed upon in the sales contact, they have committed theft of my property. I am still out $700 because they have not held up their end and delivered. This company deserves to be shut down. THIS COMPANY IS DISHONEST AND THEIR DELIVERY SYSTEM IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM! DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY.

We ordered a gas cooktop that was ready for pickup on June 18. By June 22nd AM Trucking could not even tell me if it had been picked up. After exchanging 2 emails with AM Trucking and escalating to the vendor, the tracking finally said it go picked up on June 24th, six days after it was ready. Now they are saying estimated delivery is not until July 7. Almost three weeks to get a package from NJ to SC. Terrible and ridiculous!

I try to call, there are 30 people ahead of me. They tell you to leave your phone number and they will call you in the order they received your call. NEVER A PHONE CALL BACK! They tell you to leave an e-mail. NEVER DO YOU GET A MESSAGE BACK! This has been very bad. Next Monday will be two weeks of just sitting there and not hearing a word about when it will be delivered. Chair was delivered 2 days later than expected. Company said they would be here in an certain time with a text and where about an hour later.

Guys who delivered the chair were OK.

Brought it in and put where I wanted and I inspected it and they were out the door. Workers are OK, company leaves a bit to be desired for being on time and doing what they say they are going to do.

I ordered a chair thru Discount Bandit a 3rd party company who arranged for me to get my chair from Appliances Connection who uses AM Trucking for the delivery's. This order was made on 10-9 and was to be delivered on 10-29-2019. I did find out the chair has been sitting in a delivery terminal since 10-23. Wrote AM Trucking to find out I am on the list to get my chair between 10-31 to 11-1-2019. So no contact, later than expected, and will have to see how the driver treats me on delivery.

Ask before you purchase who's delivering your item!!!

They don't care, period. They lie, deny, and deceive. Lesson learned, we will inquire from all merchants who they use and will refuse to purchase if they offer this "white glove" company's name. You might as well use that glove to wipe your backside with! With enough research I'd bet you'd fine criminal history with the players involved.
